Refund Policy
Refunds and cancellations

Deposits and project start
Work begins once the project brief and payment are confirmed. Deposits reserve delivery time and are non-refundable once the sprint has started.
Before work begins
If you cancel before the sprint starts, we will issue a full refund minus any payment processing fees incurred.
During active work
If the sprint is already in progress, refunds are prorated based on completed milestones and delivered assets. We will share a summary of completed work before issuing any partial refund.
After delivery
Once final files are delivered and accepted, refunds are no longer available. We continue to cover bug fixes during the 30-day support window outlined in your agreement.
Requesting a refund
Email us at sales@kernal.dev with your project name and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days and confirm the refund status in writing.
