Delivery Policy

5-Day Delivery Terms

The 5-Day Promise

We advertise a 5-day delivery timeline because we run a focused, async-first sprint model. This timeline is achievable when both parties operate as active partners in the project.

Your Role in the Sprint

The 5-day clock depends on your responsiveness. We require feedback and approvals within 24 hours of each milestone delivery. This means:

  • Review and approve mockups/wireframes within 24 hours
  • Provide feedback on drafts within 24 hours
  • Submit any missing assets or brand guidelines promptly
  • Respond to clarification questions within 24 hours

Timeline Extensions

If you cannot provide feedback within 24 hours, the project timeline automatically pauses. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by delayed client input, missing assets, or unresponsive communication. The clock resumes once your response is received.

Missed Deadlines

If you anticipate being unavailable for more than 24 hours, please notify us in advance. Extended unavailability (48+ hours without communication) may result in the sprint being paused indefinitely until you are ready to continue.

Scope Freeze

Once the sprint begins, scope remains locked. Any new features or major changes requested after the brief is confirmed will require a new scope agreement and may extend the timeline accordingly.

Questions

If you have questions about how the sprint model works, email us at sales@kernal.dev before starting your project.
